Hammad Azhar has presented this budget speech on 12th June 2020. But he has not spoken a single word to employees of Pakistan.
Federal Budget 2020-21 Pakistan:
The government announces a budget every year. So, Hammad Azhar Federal Minister has announced pre-budget before National Assembly on the said date. There was a total amount of about 7 billion rupees. He said that I am announcing a tax-free budget this year. It will give relief to the public. The tax target of FBR is above 4 billion. Similarly one and a half billion above for non-tax.
Federal Ministries and Divisions:
Mr. Hammad Azhar has estimated above 4 billion for federal divisions and ministries.
Salary Increase:
All employees are waiting to increase salaries and pensions. They are waiting till approval of the budget 2020. So, all employees will protest against the PTI government. The approval date is about 29th or 30th June. Therefore, it is the last chance for employees this year.
However, provincial employees of Sindh and Gilgit Baltistan are happy. Because these provincial governments have increased their salaries and pensions for retired employees.
In other words, we say that the government of Pakistan is not in a position to increase salaries and pensions this year. So, this government will not increase the salary and pension. However, that is a fact that the government has increased inflation in the country.

Therefore, employees of Pakistan are protesting against this act of the PTI government.
Now, the Senate finance committee has announced to increase of 10% salary and pension. However, the federal cabinet has not approved this suggestion. All employees are saying that it may be approved. They say that we are waiting till approval of this budget 2020. If the government will not increase then they will protest again.
