Letter No. 38/PEC dated 11-01-2019 regarding Punjab Exam Portal PEC Supervisory Staff Training Week 2019 by Punjab examination commission

Subject: TRAINING OF SUPERVISORY STAFF TO CONDUCT GRADE 5 AND GRADE S EXAMS 2019

Kindly refer to the subject cited above. 2. It is informed that the training of Master Trainers has been scheduled vide this office letter No. 1192 dated 31-12-2018 at Punjab Examination Commission, Lahore. Training of Additional District Controller Examination (DEO•FE), Deputy District Controller Examination (Dy. DEOs). [leads of Examination Cluster Centres, Resident Inspectors, and Superintendents will commence from 21-01-2019 at their respective tehsils (schedule attached). District Controller of Examination (DEO-SE) will ensure the attendance of the staff at training venues and make arrangements for smooth conduct of training, while detailed guidelines will be given to Master Trainers during their training at PEC. Head of Examination Cluster Centers will conduct the training of Deputy Superintendents and invigilators at their respective Examination Cluster Centers from 28-01-2019 and 29-01-2019. 3. It is further requested that please notify the duties of supervisory .tuff and ensure their attendance during training as per schedule attached.
