TRANSFER OF THE INCUMBENTS HAVING DISTRICT CADRE POSTS OR ANY CADRE TO PESHAWAR DISTRICT

I would like to draw your attention towards a genuine and accurate problem of the citizens of Peshawar, seeking employment in various Departments / Organizations in Peshawar District. In this regard, an official letter vides No even dated 18-09-2018 (copy attached) has already been sent to almost all the Administrative Secretaries, but no positive response received so far.

Most of the Government servants of all the Districts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa particularly Elementary & Secondary Education Department try to accommodate themselves against various posts on Districts level at various Departments/Organizations and punt they are trying their best to transfer services to Peshawar District It is pertinent to mention that the posts being vacated by the incumbents in the relevant Districts on their transfer to Peshawar, so someone else is appointed on the said vacant post Consequently, this kind of trend creates depravedness amongst the youngsters in searching jobs here in Peshawar District.

It would be better to draft a legal procedure on a departmental basis to permanently resolve this issue and secure the rights of the inhabitants of Peshawar in seeking out Employment in the various Departments/Organizations in Peshawar District. Only the incumbents in out Districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who are trying to transfer their services to Peshawar District be allowed transfer along with their Cadres. With thanks,
