Budget Speech 2017 has been presented by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on 26-05-2017. In this budget speech different type of relief was given for public and what is here for government employees.

Ishaq Dan has said in budget speech 2017 that Government is happy to announce 10% salary increase for employees from BPS-01 to BPS-22  with new Revised Pay Scale Chart 2017. Detail of that salary increase is as follows

Merging of Two Adhoc Relief Allowances:

Two Adhoc Relief Allowances have been merged in the new basic pay 2017 according to budget speech 2017 by Finance Minister Ishaq Dar and Revised Pay Scale Chart  with new Revised Pay Scale Chart 2017.
  1. Adhoc Relief Allowance 2010 50%
  2. Adhoc Relief Allowance 2016 10%

Salary Increase 10%

Salary increase 10% in the form of Adhoc Relief Allowance 2017.
 Pension Increase 10%
Pension has also been increased for retired Government employees @ 10%.

Minimum Wages 2017:

Minimum wages has been increased from 14000 per month to 15000 per month.
